János gained experience in finance and risk analysis in London and Budapest. In London, he was a planning and strategic risk analyst at Prudential plc. Later he was a product strategist in BlackRock's quantitative equity funds team. Ha was also a member of the firm's Budapest innovation committee. Previously János was also co-founder and CFO of a digital factoring company.
